A quick 2 minute trip across the Orange River, and we were on Namibian soil. Cross border formalities done and dusted in 10 minutes and we're on our way to meet up with the remainder of our group on Friday.
The harsh but beautiful scenery brought back memories of a previous trip. The gravel roads in the equivalent of the Aussie Outback put the roads in Johannesburg to shame! Not a single porthole in over 500km.
At Dessert Camp, a REAL bed and a shower complete with taps and a shower rose!
